The mortgage industry has had many changes over the years and continues to do. Whilst you can walk to all the banks on the high street or go online and get a mortgage, you’ll find they don’t have access to all the deals available and you may not be getting the best advice. At Gateway, we are there at every stage, no matter what question or query you have.

We will gather all the information that is required for your house purchase, we will then advise and recommend a product that is most suitable for you. Once you are happy to proceed, we will complete an application form on your behalf and send this off to the lender, along with all the supporting documents for your application to be assessed.
We will liaise with the solicitor, estate agent, mortgage lender, valuer, accountant and employer in making sure the process goes smoothly. This is all done while you carry on with your work activities or looking after your loved ones. We will regularly update you on the progress of your application, furthermore you will also receive a report outlining the discussions that have been had the reasoning that supports the lender and product that have been chosen.
