The approach I take is a strategic one and I look at 3 key areas:
- I look at what makes them different – are they demonstrating their unique selling points – it’s all about benefits not features
- I also look at what language they use – do their target markets relate to what they are saying
- And then I look at the goal of the website – do they want people to call, email, download a factsheet, buy something, this actually affects the overall design
So who do you know who wants their website to work harder for them, I work with all types of businesses, in particular property, engineering and travel.
