My Typical 60 Seconds:

I am a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Mindset Coach, helping clients with all things related to mental health and wellbeing, based in Cranleigh.

Using a blend of positive talk-therapy (Solution Focused Therapy), Hypnotherapy, CBT, EFT and NLP techniques alongside the most practical neuroscience research I help clients ease their stress levels, and enable them to make significant, positive changes in their lives in a relatively short period of time.

With every new client I offer a free discovery call, where the client can find out more about how I work and we can discuss their issue in more detail. I give a detailed, yet easy explanation of how stress and anxiety are caused and how changes can be made.

I help clients with a wide range of issues ranging from stress and anxiety, low mood, confidence, motivation, self-esteem and fears and phobia’s to stopping smoking and weight loss.

I see clients when they are ready to make a change and want to live a calmer life and have a calmer mind.

Sessions can be either face to face or remotely via zoom.

We meet every Thursday, 6.45am till 8.40am
