The Damp Specialist Company, is an independent surveying and consulting company based in West Horsley. They offer a variety of damp, timber and condensation surveys to both commercial and residential clients throughout Surrey and London.
At The Damp Specialist Company, they aim to always treat the root causes of the problem, rather than the symptoms. And this is done through our surveys which involve a thorough internal and external examination of the property for the presence of any visible defects which could be causing a damp issue, followed by further testing using specialist equipment.
All of those help them to conclude on the most probable causes for the damp observed within the property and allow them to make the necessary recommendations for the remediation the damp, in order to allow their customers to most efficiently combat their damp issues.
All of the reports include an instruction of works which can then be passed onto the relevant contractor from their Network of Trusted Contractors.
