Designed Living Group, together with my work as an Estate Agent with eXp, helps homeowners, landlords and property investors make better decisions about their properties, whether that means selling, letting, improving or unlocking their investment potential.
Some clients contact me because they’re thinking about selling their home but are unsure about its true market value, how to position it correctly, or how to achieve the best possible price.
Others are landlords with a property becoming vacant who are unsure whether to let it again, improve it, or sell and release their equity.
And there are those who own a property with development or investment potential but don’t know how to identify the best opportunity or maximise its value.
Because I work as both a Property Developer and an Estate Agent, I can look at a property from both perspectives- not only at what it’s worth today, but also at what it could be worth tomorrow.
