Every client I see is unique and the reasons that bring them to my door are always different. However the symptoms they describe, the emotions they are feeling, are always very similar.
Here are five warning signs of mental health issues to look out for:
- Excessive paranoia, worry or anxiety
- Long lasting sadness or irritability
- Extreme changes in mood
- Social withdrawal
- Dramatic changes in eating or sleeping patterns
